On May 17th, grade 4 students took a trip to the York Children’s Water Festival at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park. This festival provides York Region’s Grade 4 students with an opportunity to learn about water conservation, water protection, water stewardship and water-related environmental issues.
This festival, which takes place at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area, has more than 45 curriculum-based, hands on, interactive activities for the students to enjoy.
Grade 4 students had a great day learning about water conservation and preservation! Thank you to Ms. Schirippa and Ms. D’Agostino for organizing this learning experience.
