Used Battery Collection Mission

We have a mission for all St. Anne families! Your mission is to start collecting as many used batteries as possible and drop them in the Call2Recycle collection boxes in the foyer starting on Monday, April 3rd.

This battery collection mission includes 50 participating schools across Ontario through the Earth Rangers program. The top seven schools to collect the most batteries will win up to $5,000! We have from Monday, April 3rd until Friday, April 28th to collect used batteries.

This mission is a great way to recognize April as Earth Month and do a seasonal cleanup around your house. Remember to regularly change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, television remotes and any electronics that use batteries. All kinds of used batteries can be recycled.
